Service Description
Service Description Includes up to 3 cameras, up to 6 microphones, a semi-customizable set, and an engineer Booking Approval All studio sessions are subject to internal approval. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your time slot. A member of the Bad Ladder team will confirm your session via email once approved. Deposit Policy A $100 deposit is required to secure your requested time. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the approved session time will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Session Timing Your booking is for a set time block. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you go past your scheduled end time, an additional full hour will be charged. Extensions are granted only at the discretion of the engineer assigned to your session and may not be available depending on the studio schedule. By requesting a session, you agree to these terms.

General Release/Terms & Conditions for Recording Content at Bad Ladder By accessing and using the services of Bad Ladder (DBA for Nobel Drive Media LLC), you agree to the terms of this agreement. Using these services means acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. This site is offered for informational purposes only. Bad Ladder is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of information on the site and is not liable for errors or omissions. Bad Ladder may change these terms at any time, and continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the changes. Any changes to our privacy policy will be announced on the site, and customers will be notified by email regarding how personally identifiable information is used. Using Bad Ladder Clients and members are advised to obtain personal insurance for loss, injury, or damage sustained from using the studios. Any injury or illness from studio use is the client’s responsibility. Clients agree to follow the rules of Bad Ladder, including guidelines related to facilities, hours, and conduct. Bad Ladder may modify these rules with reasonable notice. Recording Sessions Transfer of Files Recordings made at Bad Ladder will be sent via online transfer or copied onto an external storage device provided by the client. Bad Ladder is not responsible for loss or corruption of files after receipt or download. Storage of Files Raw recording files will be stored for 3 months after project completion. Access to files beyond this period is not guaranteed. Copyright Material Clients are responsible for all copyright and licensing issues related to their work. Any copyright fees or royalties are the client’s responsibility. Clients will hold Bad Ladder harmless for any legal issues arising from violations. Technical Difficulties Technical issues, human error, or equipment failures may occur. If these cannot be resolved promptly, Bad Ladder may cancel or reschedule the session. Clients are responsible for payment if the session is canceled or rescheduled due to client-related issues. Payment Studio bookings must be paid for through the website. Criminal Damage or Theft Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) or the use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
